Match Cancellation Policy

The following rules apply to cancelled or abandoned matches on jilivet:

Full Cancellation
If a match is cancelled before it starts, your full stake is refunded to your wallet — usually within 24 hours.
Partial
If a match starts and enough play has occurred (e.g., at least 5 overs in cricket) and a result can be determined, the outcome is settled using the Duckworth-Lewis method or applicable rules.
Accu.
If a leg in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it is settled at odds of 1.0 and the remaining legs are settled based on their outcomes.

Two-Layer Security

Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on jilivet means a one-time OTP code is required on your mobile at every login, on top of your password — making unauthorized account access virtually impossible.

A verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number — use it to confirm.

Once enabled, any login from a new device or unrecognized location will require an OTP.

On a trusted device, selecting "Remember me" lets you log in without an OTP for 30 days. To disable 2FA, simply go back to the same settings and turn it off.

Never share your OTP with anyone who calls or messages you — jilivet staff will never ask for it.

Free Benefits

Jilivet offers two types of free rewards — a daily login bonus and free spins.

Daily Login Bonus: Log in every day to automatically receive a reward. The first day may offer a BDT 20 bonus, and logging in for 7 consecutive days unlocks a special reward. Simply click the "Daily Reward" button on your dashboard to claim it.

App Issues

If the app won't open or is prompting an update, follow these steps:

Wagering Details

A wagering requirement (or playthrough condition) means you must place a specified amount in bets before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Let's walk through an example:

→ Deposit ৳1,000, get ৳1,000 in bonus funds with a 100% match.
→ ×10 wagering means: ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 Total Bet is required.
→ Wagers placed with either bonus funds or real money both count.
→ Once ৳10,000 in bets is completed, the bonus becomes withdrawable.

Which bets count: For Sports Betting, bets with odds above 1.50 generally count. For casino slots, most games count at 100%, while Live Casino games may count at 20–50%.
